About BSS

BSS was established in 1983 so we have seen many changes in the IT market - and we have survived! We have a lot of experience in business, from running our own for over 25 years and from all of the businesses we have helped over the years. We understand how much IT can help, and how much it can hinder when it all goes wrong. We have the skills and experience to help you, no matter what your needs are.

BSS have an assortment of services and products in our portfolio that we have built on over the years after listening to what our customers want. Good customer service and support has always been top of our customers' list of priorities, and is also top of ours! Our Approach

No matter what you need from us our approach is always the same.  

1. We will meet with you to discuss your needs and tell you a bit more about us.
2. We get our thinking caps on and work out what the best solution for you would be.
3. We will come back to you to explain our thoughts and make sure you understand what we're offering.
4. Once approved we implement the solution and train everyone involved.
5. After implemention we are available on the other end of the phone whenever you need us. You will speak directly to the people who developed your solution, ensuring they know exactly what they are dealing with and you won't get pushed from pillar to post.
