We have the Power!
At the BSS offices we have a specialist air-conditioned server room. All servers* are backed up by UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) in case of a power supply failure, and we have a generator back-up in case of total power failure. Only our certified engineers have access to the server room so you can be sure that accidents do not happen.
Housekeeping
With the server hosted at our premises BSS can carry out all housekeeping tasks for you, significantly reducing the pressure on you. All back-ups are stored in a fire-proof safe, with the most recent stored off-site, so you can be sure that all of your vital business data is safe and sound. Even if the worst happens to your office, you will be able to get up-and-running again.
Get Connected
In order to get the best possible connection to your server, BSS have teamed up with BT in order to offer you BSSnet, a low cost, high speed connection. Fully managed and monitored by our networking team, BSSnet is a service you can rely on.
