What's available?
Because there are so many different problems we have a number of ways of dealing with them, including:
- Hotline telephone support, which means your call is answered by a real person and if we can sort it our over the phone we will
- Remote control software enables us to see exactly what is on your screen and many problems can be fixed without you having to wait for an on-site visit
- Warranty control involves us keeping an eye on the warranty state of your hardware and fixing any problems, should they arise, direct with the supplier
- Hardware Maintenance takes over when warranty control leaves off, if a piece of hardware is faulty we will fix it where possible or replace it if necessary
- General Support covers all other aspects of support and we offer four options - Pay as You Go, Remote Support, On-site support and BSSBytes
- Training can be provided at request on a range of software products and activities
- Business Continuity planning ensures a plan is in place to keep your business up-and-running in case of a disaster
