On a smaller scale, BSS offers a free IT Health check This usually takes place at your office and allows us to see how you work and discuss what you need. It considers your current and future needs and looks at whether you are currently making the most of your IT investment. It generally lasts about an hour and results in a brief report and prioritised suggestions on how to make IT easier.
