Once we have had a chat with you to discover what you need, we will call our list of suppliers in order to get the best possible price on what you need. In some cases this may result in a number of options for you to choose from. If necessary we will configure the computer and install any software you need. If we have worked with you before and know your system, we can get the PC to a 'plug and play' stage, where all you have to do is plug it in and turn it on.
If you want to upgrade your computer we can transfer all of your old files from your old PC to your new one, and again configure it as necessary.
Plain Talking
We are happy to offer you advice on any purchase, whether you want some plain talk about what a firewire connection is, or what the difference is between USB and USB 2.0. We will explain any options to you, and make a recommendation based on our knowledge of your situation.
Comprehensive Support
If required, warranty co-ordination is available. We will keep an eye on the warranty state of your new equipment, and will arrange to fix any problems, should they arise, direct with the supplier. However, once the warranty has run out, we offer a comprehensive hardware maintenance package to ensure you always have support available when needed.
