The right training makes a big impact on the performance levels of your staff and the serice that they provide to your customers. At BSS we offer training on a range of software products and activities.
Instructor led Training
With every eM1 system we offer free comprehensive training. The developer who designed your system will help your staff get to grips with the software and will make sure they have the knowledge needed to use the system to its full potential.
Computer Based Training
CBT is an excellent training resource that gives your staff an insight into how a system works and how it should be used to best practice.
Self paced, CBT can take place when it suits you and can be repeated as often as you like. Installed on-site at your offices, your CBT will be as unique as your eM1 system.
Fully supported by BSS, we have found, when deployed to staff prior to the system 'going live', the training can provide an excellent understanding of how the ystem works and prepares staff for the transition, making the whole process as hassle free as possible.
Procedural Guides
At BSS we are also experienced in producing high quality and comprehensive procedural guides. Guides can be drafted and distributed in both hard (printed) and soft (digtal) format making sure that best practice is followed at all times.
