Core eM1 System
The core eM1 system consists of the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Nominal Ledger and the System Manager. Fully integrated and working in unison with selected optional modules and any integrated 'Best of Breed' third party applications means that your eM1 system does exactly what you want.

System Manager
The System Manager includes very powerful procedures that affect the overall running of the system, such as creating new users and removing ones no longer needed. The procedures included in this module should not be made accessible to all users and restricted access can be defined.

Providing complete and effective control, the Sales Ledger is jam packed with powerful facilities including a host of credit management features and a wide range of reporting tools. Advanced invoice drill-down and allocation tracking ensures that the information you want is available when you need it.

Nominal Ledger
A sophisticated journal processing engine gives you complete control of all your transactions, wherever they are created. Allowing you to produce a chart of accounts that suits your business best; whether all you need is a simple two character code of a multi-level sixteen character code.
- User definable chart of accounts
- Process standard, recurring and reversing journals
- Complex journals can be copied and amended saving both time and effort
- Validation procedures ensure non-balancing journals do not get posted
- All transactions from the Sales and Purchase ledgers automatically update the Nominal Ledger
- Use budget information to compare planned and actual performance
- Historical information can be used to compare performance
- Standard reports, such as Chart of Accounts and Trial Balance are included, along with the ability to define any other report you need
