eM1 integrates with best of breed third-party applications to ensure you have a complete system that takes care of all of your business needs and requirements. These include:
Bankers Automated Clearing Services (BACS)
eM1 can fully integrate with BACS, making it possible for you to process receipts and payments effectively.
The integration with BACS enables both yourself and your customers to use the Direct Debit method of payment when purchasing your goods. On receipt of an account number, sort code and amount to be debited, BACS automatically set up a Direct Debit to take place. You can control the payments being made by depot, region or head office and failed direct debits can be reversed by a click of the mouse. eM1 can also handle the set-up of mandates via AUDDIS.
To TopFaxing
Faxing with eM1 or any other application, can be made easier and more cost efficient due to least cost routing with multiple servers.
Faxes can be grouped and merged and can be sent inbound, outbound or both. The faxing service also offers internal and external access, email notification, the use of public and private phonebooks and reports on usage.
Postal Address File (PAF)
The Postal Address File, PAF, is the Royal Mail's most comprehensive address database, with total UK coverage, it contains over 27 million addresses.
It will find any UK address in seconds by just typing in the post code alone. This service is essential for eliminating any keying errors when entering a full address, as well as saving time. It also ensures that all addresses are entered in the same style, keeping your files in a consistent order. The postal address file is regularly updated from the Royal Mail Master files, therefore keeping you up to date with any changes and alterations made to any UK addresses.
Vehicle Management
Vehicle management is an indispensable service that can be fully integrated within eM1. The module lets you make a report on each individual vehicle.
The reports include information on what depot the vehicle belongs to, who the usual driver is, the make and weight of the vehicle, whether it has On Truck Computing, the ignition and door key numbers are noted and there is also space provided for any comments regarding the vehicle. These reports are then made available to view on-screen, to email, print or export.
The vehicle reports are also used as a quick and easy way of tracking when particular testing requirements are needed such as an MOT test, Reg 7 test, servicing or tax renewal. To help you monitor the vehicles, planning and overdue reports are available. A cost report is also available on each vehicle, which enables you to keep a check on your vehicle costing, by simply entering any costs associated to that vehicle.
